Can these devices be used with any mobile communication contract?
Yes, we only sell devices which have no SIM lock. This means that you can use any GSM SIM card without restrictions.
What does "branding" mean?
"Branding" means that the product is marked in some way by the network operator. E.g. there could be an o2-logo on the front and the back of the device. Branding can take place in various forms, e.g. packaging designs, logos or writings on the device. There may also be special bootscreens or modified software with the mobile operator's information.
I every case, the branding will commonly not affect the use of the device. An o2-branded device can be used without restrictions with a mobile communications contract from Vodafone.
How can I pay my order?

How is my order shipped?

Do I have the right to return products?
You may of course return the ordered products without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving. Please be aware that for a valid return the product may only be tested but not used. Here is a link to our cancellation terms and conditions.
How does the return shipment take place?
If you want to return a product to us, please proceed as follows:
- Please write an e-mail to our RMA department (service@mobile-gadgets.net) which should contain the following information:
manufacturer, device model, IMEI number, date of purchase, our invoice number and reason for return. - When the return is approved, you will get a RMA number from us by e-mail.
- If the value of the products exceeds 40 EUR, we will e-mail you a pre-paid return label with which you can return the products free of charge. If the value of the products does not exceed 40 EUR, please attach the RMA number, pay the postage and ship the products to:

How long is the period of warranty on mobile-gadgets.net?
We grant one year of defects liability and one year of contractual guarantee, according to German law. If you notice a problem with one of our products, please contact the manufacturer first. Directly contacting the manufacturer will usually guarantee a faster repair than handling the repair indirectly over the merchant.
I have a technical question about a product I bought from mobile-gadgets.net
Because of the huge number of manufacturers and devices, our service staff may not be able to help with every device-specific problem.
If you encounter a technical problem or handling difficulties, please be sure to read the manual carefully. If this does not solve your problem, try to find a solution on the website of the manufacturer. Should there be no solution for your problem, send us an e-mail or phone us. Because we take care of our valued customers, our service staff will make an effort to find a solution for your problem.

For 10 years, we are established as mobile phone dealer on the market. Years of experience and outstanding purchasing contacts, combined with large purchase quantities, enable us to achieve lowest costs. Because of the attractive cost structure of online trading, we are able to pass on these savings to our customers.

Can I collect the order myself at mobile-gadgets.net?
Of course you can collect the order yourself at our offices in Eching (near Munich) within the business hours. Please be aware that, for organisational reasons, you need to call our customer service prior to collecting the order, so that we can get your order ready.
