Paypal
The order will usually ship directly after Paypal confirmed the receipt of money.
For Paypal payments, there is a handling fee of 1.95 % for German customers and 3.9 % for customers from abroad in addition to the purchase price.

Cash on Delivery
If the ordered products are in stock, the order will usually ship directly after order confirmation. Please be aware of the costs for cash on delivery, which are separately shown in the order process.

Cash in Advance
The order will ship after receipt of money and when the products are in stock. Please be aware that bank transfer time in Germany can be up to 3 days.

Payment on Invoice
Only for public authorities and corporate clients
The order will usually ship directly after the order is received. Please be aware that payment by invoice is only possible after the 3rd successful order. Additional requirements are a high degree of creditworthiness and a separate validation by us.
